When I first started watching Higurashi, I expected so much gore since everyone was going on about it.
    I was disappointed.

I watched the first ep of Togainu no Chi. QUALITY, QUALITY EVERYWHERE
And I watched Black Rock Shooter. Jesus Christ, that was shit.

What.... why are you reading/watching things with your mom?!

Well the series isnt supposed to be super Gorey, japan just doesnt do that. Watch Akira or something if you want gore.

Shit as in good or bad? Also do you do anything but hark on anime?

"Fabulous," eh? Good choice of words. I heard it was similar to Code Geass with triple the gayness... Well, I'll check it out anyway. I kind of liked Code Geass.

By the way, Panty and Stocking is an awesome show. It's like the Powerpuff Girls (feat. Gir from Invader Zim) had a crack baby with Scott Pilgrim.

No, no Panty and Stocking is not. While yes the animation style is simliar to that of PPG, it is in no way similar to Zim or Pilgrim.

As far as "Gayness" in SD goes, there is none. Only Fabulous.

Yeah, I meant that description for the visual style of P&Sw/G. It's Craig McCracken (feat. Gir from IZ, the creators of both shows have admitted to this fact) along with the visual sound effects and coin collecting from O'Malley's graphic novels.

And yeah, so I watched two episodes of Star Driver and it's... dumb. The characters are uninteresting to me, the dialogue is lame ("With a PUUUUUUUUNCH!"), and the plot is really stupid so far. Also, the robot introduction sequences were pretty much copy/pasted from the first episode into the second episode. Not the kind of thing I expect to come out of BONES. I do agree with you on the fabulous part though. The main character is completely flamboyant ("Galactic Pretty Boy" what?). Even so much so that one of the side characters thought that him and the blue-haired guy were lovers. I have to admit that the fight scenes and music are really epic though.

But whatever, man. You like your show, and I like mine. You can keep getting off to this, and I'll stick to getting off to this. Let's keep it at that.
