    I think you shouldn't make a specific #of users to join but instead, a minimum and maximum. 12-15 instead of 14. Adjust roles to it the #of users. (1 extra ww or 1 extra cit. Per extra user)

    Just one little problem. Are you sure that the members who joined are still active this time around? The timeframe is too wide for us to be assured that all can participate.
