    dutch ppl are greedy... ( i know couse i live there) they dont think about others theres only 1 thing they do care €€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€.

    OMG! I just bought an R4 from Amazon. They sell the real ones, right? *extremely worried*

    EDIT: Wait, what? The R4 isn't illegal, is it? It's just loading it with the illegal roms that's illegal. Or I am I wrong?

    Yeah they should sell real R4s. Yes flashcart's are basically illegal, and downloading ROMs too.

    trusted sites like amazon gameyeeeah dealxtreme sell real r4's unknown sites have a big chance to sell fakes

    flashcarts aren't illegal as far as I'm aware, that's just what nintendo want you to think.

    I find it difficult to understand how they are. The law doesn't cover it. As far as i'm concerned it's just unlicensed or unofficial hardware, like the Action replay. It does become illegal when you add licensed or copy-protected software onto them, in this case DS games/roms.
    If they were illegal all sites or shops selling them would be informed to remove them or face legal action, which i haven't heard... yet.

    Lol. Jokes.

    Well as far is i know. To get a Rom, you need to have the Orginal, Then Dump it.

    So towards the Person the Owns the orginal, He is alright having the Rom becuase he is using it as a Back up.

    Now for us Ghetto Theifs we download the Roms without Actully owning them so we are in the Wrong side of the law.

    So Realy and truly, Basicly and Technicly, Roms are Illagal.

    Now for Flashcarts, They are not Illagal because there is no law stopping you from making your own Games / Roms for a Console. so what the Flashcart does is Read whats put onto the MemeryCard and Emulate it to the Screen.

    So the Flashcart isnt Illagal but the Roms Are.

    (If you dont own the orginal Cart)
