Warioware D.I.Y (U) Problems

Can't get to work on R4i-SDHC....

 

I just downloaded the AKAIO 1.6rc2 patch on my Acekard 2i and then tried Wario Ware DIY. It doesn't work. I try to start it up but the loading bar just keeps getting near the end and then starts at the beginning(really fast!). Please sort this problem out. I have also tried deleting the save and the game then putting the game back on... nothing works.

 

Maybe a stupid question, but does or doesn't work the fix on the R4 SDHC?

 

i started ysmenu and chose warioware then he makes a sav but it doesn't go further i t just says creating sav, waht do i have to do ?

 

you need to wait it is creating a LARGE sav file thats why it takes so long

 

isn't there anywhere a patched version of the game for r4 sdhc which I could download?
or could anyone upload a fixed one?
I just can't get it fixed

I use an r4i v1.30 and used the patch at gbatemp on the first page to fix the black screens problem. It worked but did not save. So I'm wondering, would an arm7 patch fix the rom?

I want to report the same Wifi-bug as some other members have done.
Whenever I go on wifi and download a game or a comic my game freeze when saving. So I won't get the game I downloaded when I turn it back on. This is the same when I go to the Nintendo game store, or when I download from my friends in my list. The strange thing is, when I download music, it works fine!

I'm playing the game on a EzFlashV flashcard with the new kernel.

(for the record) I also tried to get it to work on my R4i RTS. But it wont save..

Anybody know of a fix for this Wifi-Save-problem?

Sorry, but the r4i-sdhc v1.19b does NOT work. Only a 512kb save file is produced (a 32mb one is needed), and after a few games (about 6 i think), anything new just disappears, and some things get corrupted (i spent 2 hours making a wicked song, and BAM. Corrupted.) Unless I am missing something, and there is a patch, or I'm just plain wrong, I'd love a response on how to help.

Mine is 32Mb big and fully playable!

 

ATTENTION TO R4 SDHC USERS!!!

The R4 SDHC has fixed the problem.

Follow these steps:
Get kernel 1.34.
Run the R4_PANDORA.nds file
Run the game.

Have fun!

BTW: The SAV is 512 KB.
I haven't tried saving.

 

I can confirm that following the instructions below worked for me on R4 origonal with YSMENU

Or perhaps the lack of the i on R4 SDHC was intentional.

SUPERCARD PACTH WORKS WITH SOULSILVER AND D.I.Y!

 

There is R4SDHC and R4iSDHC. To my knowledge, a new kernel for R4iSDHC has been released: 1.19
For R4SDHC, I am pretty sure it is up to v1.34

EDIT: Also, what is the R4-pandora.nds file???

 

Ah, nevermind, I downloaded a 32mb .sav file and now it works perfectly!

 

When I get kernel 1.34, and boot up the R4, there is a brief 'Loading' screen at the top of the page, then everything goes black.
Help please

 

i can confirm that this is running on supercard slot 2 lol, wifi works but whenever you try and download a game it wont save it onto the diy slot, still can't save though.

any body who needs help google ysauto and get the patched rom and a working premade save from this thread!

Oh and you will need the dstt files posted earlier
