Just now, a msn window pop'ed up, it had some myspace pic on it...needless to say when the "would you like to download" came up I realised...TROJAN!!! If anyone has my msn, you are to report of I send anything to you via pm here! Anyway...when I saw the prompt to download, i canceled it... Do I have it at all? And would my always updated ESET security detect it? Also one of my friends (tech support/master depending on the day) recons IF I did get it I could just change my password... So, any suggestions?
If you didn't click it you most likely dont have it. ESET (or indeed any AV) would not be able to detect it until the file is present on your machine.
Ah, why thank you sir But would changing passwords help incase I get hit for real next time? It might also help the one I almost caught it from.
