Only good option I think of is reformatting the whole system.

I'm using avira free antivirus, the trial period. I don't think it comes with antivirus, just guard.
    Malwarebytes didn't pick up anything.
    Norton didn't pick up anything.

Lol. I already had it installed. I just didn't update it! Its updating now. I'll full scan my computer again after it finishes.
Microsoft Security Essentials didn't do anything. It was at 2775 updated to 3206 or something lol.

I didn't update the Malwarebytes version. Its updated, but it still can't find anything.

I USED MALWAREBYTES AND IT WAS INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER BEFORE I GOT THE VIRUS.

How about scanning in save mode?
(I'm sorry, i don't know so much about antiviruses, but i heard that scanning at save mode will help)

safe mode wont make any difference to what it detects, it can sometimes help with removal if the program is unable to remove the infection in normal mode. If its a virus then malwarebytes probably wont find it, as its outside the scope of the program.

What do you suggest I do? I know that antivirus trials are pretty shit, since they can only guard virus, not quarantine them.
I'm thinking of buying antivirus if I can't solve this trojan.

buying an antivirus won't help at this point. Try clamav (www.clamwin.org) and if that cant remove it then it could be a reformat case

It detected it. But the scan seems to have frozen at 30% event when when like 5,000 files have been scanned already. I also cannot get rid of it...

I would clean out my temp folder if I were you. Go into Start>Accessories>System Tools>Disk cleanup. select your C: drive, and uncheck everything except for the options with the word Temporary in it. If that doesn't clean the virus, delete the file the virus was in, install something like Advanced SystemCare, and make sure it cleans out all you Temp files, even the ones over a week old. In Advanced systemCare, go to settings, find junk files cleaner, and select securely delete and delete over a week old.

Or at least try avast!. http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
