    yep it is built in just go to recovery menu>configuration and change fake region to debug type 1.
    and i suugest the plugin you were talking about is psnlover?

    Yeah, that's the plugin.
    So, that's all I have to do? Can I also connect it to my PS3 without having to do anything else?

    as far as i know, you don't need any plugins to connect to a ps3

    So then, can I download PSN games for the PSP from the PS3 and then transfer it over to my PSP without any problems?
