what do i do with this patch ??????

ie extracted the files (.exe)

do i put it straight on to the sd card and thats it ?

 

Do you mean the patch with YSMenu, like I said?
If so, then check it out on the forums, please.

For those R4 users who can't find working links to download patches this is what I did.
1. Open/Play the nds file using DeSmuME.0.9.4 emulator.
2. Look for the created .dsv file.
3. Download a file converter here. http://filetrip.net/f5946-Save-File-Type-Converter-1-5-2.html
4. Convert your .dsv file to .sav file and upload it to your R4.
5. Enjoy!

Short Guide:
- Copy your savegame into the "No$GBA-BATTERY"-Folder
- start the japanese version in No4GBA, take the cannon to Icepeak
- save your game
- go to the site "Savegame Converter" and convert it from an No$GBA-save to an save of your flashcart
(No$GBA-saves are not compatible to flashcarts)
- copy it to your flashcard and play YOUR game with YOUR records after Icepeak
This was a short version, the extended version has more details (and pics)...

!!! ATTENTION !!! You NEED my patched and fixed japanese version, it´s the only version where
a) don´t destroy your savegame and b) it has no Icepeak-Bug !!! ATTENTION !!!

You can try it out with other versions but you will see what i mean...

So I hope it is just as useful for you as it was for me,
and the Bug will appear only one time, when you passed the Icepeak and saved, then you can change the place whenever you want

I downloaded mario and sonic but when is start says my ds : This data is corrupted.
So i think i've got a wrong version

I'm using r4 SDHC with firmware 1.26 fyi
i even tried using ysmenu and it still freezes at that same point
can anybody help?
