Locked topics make no sense, and they are a waste of everyones reading time (except when sticky), so why mind having them?

Sigh...whether locked threads are relevant or not, you're implying that a mod (or god forbid an Admin) should answer to you.
The fact is, they don't, and no matter how many times you request a lock, imply that a thread should be locked, demand that a thread should be locked, etc. they are not going to yield to your demands just because YOU said so.

I find it insulting to the staff that you do this. And if I were one of the staff, you'd be well on your way to being banned. Leave them be.
