that only ships to the uk im in the us and i only have vga on my computer, thanks for lookin anyway ;D

if you want it to go from vga to tv you want something like a vga box like this

but they tend to look a bit pants most of the time but if your only viewing films then it will do fine

i still recommend getting a gfx card something like a ati x1650 it only costs around £30 in the uk so should only be around $50-60 in the us
not only will it give you an s-video out but it will run all new game apart from crysis and i'm guessing if you have on board gfx it will be way better then what you have.
this card also has loads of advanced options for tv's and you extra displays
