Thank for added New Rayquaza Wonder Card...

  2. Prectorian, can you also use PokeTransfer to transfer Pokemon from HG/SS/Platinum to B/W with Desmume? I've tried opening 2 Desmume windows but I can't figure out how to make it work.

I've never attempted to do what you are asking. As far as I recall no one ever said connecting 2 DeSmuMe on 1 computer will work, even if it does, it could be very heavy to emulate 2 emulators at the same time, and its been awhile since I last played Pokemon. Been into playing android games lately. Anyway, you could try to go to a building in Celestial City (EU version) also known as Hiun City (JPN version), go to the building where Mr. Lock the clown is in. On the same floor as he is, you can find a scientist. He'll ask for 2 sets of password to unlock a WIFI Relocator feature. If not mistaken the password are "Everyone Happy" and "Simple Connection". If not, then try googling the password. That will open a new sub menu in your MAIN Menu. Maybe that could help you do what you want. But again as I've mentioned, I've never attempted what you want to do so I might be wrong.

    Sorry, can't help you.

SVN 4153 has lots of issue according to the developer. Better try SVN 3947.

Hello, I am running XP I have constantly gotten the 52100 error.
I followed all the steps to the guide and continue to get this error.
I see a lot of screenshots of a Desmume command prompt screen up.. I'm not sure how to do that.
Am I supposed to run wincap or something? I dont see a .exe for it.
I tried download the firmware.dfc's you provided. I'm supposed replace the one in my desmume folder? Because the curret one is in the battery folder not the firmware, I'm not sure if thats right.

Also, because I was playing Pokemon Black on a versin of Desmume that does not have wifi options, I wanted to make sure I would be able to move my save file over to this version if I get wifi working.

First of, use SVN 3947 instead of the new one. Second, I'm not sure what your connection is; is it wired LAN or wireless? If wireless then there's no point continuing cause it won't work. If wired, the setup as shown on page 1 should be more than enough to get you going. There's no hanky panky for XP users, its straight forward.

As for your concern about the save file, as long as its v.0.9.7 DeSmuMe, just do LOAD FROM or move it into the Battery Folder. If its v.0.9.6 DeSmuMe, then I'm not sure if it will work or not as some have failed doing the transfer. On the safe side, keep a back up copy before proceeding.

Give DeSmuMe an Admin right; right click on the icon, go to properties, then security, Full Control/Admin. And did you gave WinPcap, admin right as well as I've wrote on page 1? That "PCI-E" of yours should have shown on that dialog box, not just "Microsoft".

You use "modem - router - laptop" ? Wired Lan is "modem - LAN CABLE - Laptop".

In that case, I haven't any clue about why its not showing. Cause by default it should show up in there.
Or at least try going into the 'Network Connection", right click and go into properties, see if the "Client for Microsoft" has been checked for that "PCI-E" of yours. If it hasn't maybe its the reason. But again, I've not much clue about it.

The bridge network under the infrastructure option is a virtual adaptor, seems like your internet connection type doesn't use it or it doesn't exsist in your computer. So, seems to me that you won't be able to make use of the emulator's WIFI feature. Sorry.

    Not really.

I'm kind of pissed at Photobucket at the moment. I've removed so many pictures, and yet they kept saying I've exceeded bandwidth, when its already below the limit.

    Hi prectorian

Sorry i ment a [TUTORIAL] topic most active.

Yes i have seen your Photobucket issue, Maybe a diffrent free account may help but I'm not sure on how they work, But thats shokin to say the lest, when you have not.

I know what you meant, it seems to be the most active for the tutorial section. But overall its trailing in term of viewers.
I'm thinking of copying the essential pictures and posting it on IMGUR. I've already made an account there. And so far, I don't see any
quota restriction on IMGUR. Photobucket set a limit of 10GB. I can't even see how much I've saved in there. Far as I recall it was exceeding by 1%, but that was way long time ago. I've deleted a ton of pictures and it should by now be way below the limit. Still they lock up part of my images. Really annoying. Will look for time to move the images to IMGUR when possible.

Oh wow I havn't checked back in a while and it has become very active again. So Prectorian, I have been working with the 3947 mode and it has been going pretty well. I can connect to WiFi, can go to Dreamworld, Entralink, can go into and see friends in WiFi club, and can use GTS, non negotiations.

So clearly, I have the WiFi working. My problem now involves peer to peer play. With this I mean battling friends, trading through GTS Negotiations, or WiFi club trading.

See I get into WiFi club, I see my friend I registered in my Pal-Pad, I initiate the trade, I am able to pick which Pokemon to trade, I even recieve the traded Pokemon...but right at the end, when you're stopping communications with the other player, I get disconnected and have to restart my Desmume without the trade properly saving.

Two very odd side notes. I have been able to successfully trade TWICE, not on same day, about a week apart from eachother, with different people, and it worked, just barely. Second odd side note, I downloaded Desmume WiFi 3947 for my friend, I have configured his emulator and router following tutorials, and I have gotten his Desmume to work. He now trades with people on forums every single day in WiFi club without error, but I can not get to the same point.

    @ blackninja24,

The problem lies in your internet connection. Your friend likely has a much faster and stable connection than yours. And it also depends on your computer spec. Standard laptop/pc tend to be slower when emulating.

Well I know for one thing it's not my computer specs. I have a desktop with some pretty decent gear and he is only running off a laptop. We both have the same internet provider, but I have an older router from my previous provider. I have been thinking this was the cause.

I have error 52000 and I have followed the tutorial, and these are my current conditions:

I am connected directly to a wired modem that has no configuration options.
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, factory image (do I need to update?)
I am running the latest version of WinPcap.
    My firewall is completely off.
When avast! is turned off for 10 minutes, it does not work.
    I am running r4178 fix x86.
None of the other revisions have worked.
I am already an administrator so I do not need to do so for the executable specifically, unless it is required.
I have added WinPcap to my DEP exceptions list, but I cannot add 64-bit executables.

How would I solve my problem? Do I need to call my ISP and ask them if I can access my router in-depth?

Try svn 3947. Your firewall and antivirus, turn them all on. What you must do is just give both DeSmuMe and WinPcap, full control admin rights via your security option under properties. If you turn those off, you're risking your computer when going online. Its just not worth the sacrifice. And there's no need to update anything on your computer.

Could be that or there's a difference between your internet package subscription with his. Anyway, its hardware related, so I can't help you on that issue.
