    Good news guys...

    Here's what I did: I created a new extinfo.dat and infolib.dat which was rather cumbersome for about 20 roms. I noticed that only a few codes were needed in the extinfo.dat file and ALL codes for the roms I use in the infolib.dat file. I replaced the v5803 files with my own created files and tried the games -> they work now!

    So the size is definitely the problem here! Hope this information helps you all!

    OK, I replaced my own extinfo.dat and infolib.dat with the v5803 ones and I also replaced the ttmenu.dat and the ttpatch.dat files. After that, I tested 4 random roms, including the 2 roms that were causing me trouble this morning.

    EVERYTHING WORKS!! Nice work!

    One small note: the readme.txt file in the dat.zip is scrambled so I can't read it.

    I think it Japanese are chines text, that's why scrambled.

    Best to get tranlated by microsoft office.

    Wow...seems like in just a few posts, we have finally solved the mystery of the v.6.62-v.6.63 issue; extinfo exceed size limit.

    I guess it means that RGF have included the newly revised R4patch.dat to increase the file size limit of his dats to allow the clones to use it in his v.6.64 update. But that file is missing from filetrip at the moment. Maybe he's updating it again?

    RGF was over at the GBAtemp and update just now and left the building.

    I wouder if he knew what the issue was are got the info some how, Hum... then updated.

    If he did use yto info maybe he could have credited, If this was not the case then ok.

    But the file is currently missing from filetrip. Maybe he's re-doing them at the moment.

    Will check on his files to know if that info was changed.

    I bet he's reverting it to v.6.62. Should be re-up any moment by RGF.

    You can update the first page now. RGF has seems to decide to stick with v.6.64 instead of reverting to v.6.62.

    Might want to mention about the fix for the extinfo size limit extended from 900 titles in the changelog.

    People are starting to thank him for fixing it already.

    The fact RGF didn't bother mentioning about the r4patch.dat and ttpatch.dat re-newed thanks to yto. It will lead to many thinking that the issue is in the extinfo.dat, infolib.dat, savlib.dat only. Thus likely they'll only re-overwrite those 3 dats only without knowing about having to replace the patch.dat as well.

    And a quick look in GBATemp tells that the many fail to notice about the need to replace the patch.dat.

    @Fupa,
    You're an active member in GBATemp, maybe try going over there to tell them about our findings so that they know what to do, and realize what's been going on. I've been an in-active member there for over a year.

    The only thing he did mention was to replace the whole folders and files just befour over there.

    Its been proven by Ricosan that if you remove a few/several of the useless offsets (games you'll never be playing), it should work. After all the main issue in that earlier case is to limit the extinfo.dat to less than 900 titles. Thus you'll not need those patch.dat as long as its less than the max limit.

    I didn't suffer from the earlier issue because my 3 dats are below the max limit as I don't have the entire offset database provided by either RGF or you. I only add the offsets to the games I'll be playing.

    According to what i fugue "Dismantling of control of 900titlels", this means to hold unlimited titles...

    There for you can keep all games in both extinfo and infolib

    Maybe....

    are Dismantling of control of 900titlels in over words , Dismantling the controll of 900 titles
