    Re-place extinfo.dat / infolib.dat / savlib.dat into the TTMenu folder even for my R4 original update

    No problem! the dats can go into any TTMenu folder for DSTT/YSMenu/YSMenu R4 that's all!

    Off topic:
    I had went offline early as I was trying to setup an AdHoc Wifi without the use of any router between my 2 laptop with one of it acting as a hotspot transmitter. I got it working, my NDS was able to detect the connection too, but I can't locate the correct WEP to use on my NDS. Turned out I'd stumble a dead end. The NDS can't use the WEP code I had assigned because its not compatible with the WEP key on an AdHoc WIFI connection, and I need to buy a USB Dogle to enable an access point for the NDS to get through the connection.

    I have an R4 SDHC Clone.
    I Installed the official firmware (and actually played soul silver and platinum on it, and they worked fine).
    But I wanted to throw YSMenu in there too. I used the panasonic tool and followed all the instructions (it completed but also said something about Flash Format being incompatible?).
    The Micro SD was then formatted, and I put my kernel/firmware/update on it, and then put the YSMenu items from the folder called "R4SDHC" on the micro SD.
    When I try starting up the DS with it, it just black screens on both screens, then after a minute, it tells me to insert my micro SD card, however, I know it's reading it because I just retried it with just the basic firmware, without YSMenu. Any ideas?

    @Lordbleck

    One of RGF updates for R4SDHC cards is in his pacakge, look for the one with a .nds loader place TTMenu folder and .nds booter and run your original firmware as is, Then load the .nds booter

    Best i know of, But i don't have an R4SDHC card!, Maybe someone hear with one will have better knowledge then me!

    You guys need to add compatibility for v2.8a from this website: http://www.r4rts.com/download-en.htm . In fact, every pokemon rom I've tried with that firmware has worked flawlessly, the reason I want YSMenu is so I can actually use cheats, because the firmware from r4rts uses cheats in a different format, and I have no clue how to use any of the cheats it provided.
    That is apparently what the M3 Team clones use now, and is what every R4 from kick gaming uses.

    My R4 does not work with any Kernels from other R4 SDHC websites, it only works with the one from r4rts.com, so I can't use YSMenu until the 2.8a from r4rts is supported

    I'm guessing this new version doesn't have any support for V2.8a from http://www.r4rts.com/download-en.htm , since I just posted it several hours before you made that post.

    Lordbleck,

    I would suggest that you try the R4_Clone YSMenu folder if you haven't already. If you get a DLDI error, then DLDI patch it with your carts DLDI

    arghhh... v6.55 an 6.56 doesnt work with okamiden!! i've tried everything now, i got the rom from roms43

    Hopefully there will be a way to make the 3ds compatible with TTDS flashcards. My Walmart is having a special event where they will give you 50$ towards a 3ds if you give them a DSlite. I'm kinda debating whether to wait or not, I wanna wait for the 3ds flashcards to be released so that I can see the compatibility. But 250 dollars?! I'll probably wait for my 3400$ financial aid check, but the event will probably be over by then. :'( Maybe I should wait until they're sold used at Gamestop...?

    @ lordbleck: I cannot get YSmenu running on my family's r4rts cards. However, Wood seems to run it just fine. Might I sugeest picking up Wood for M3 from coolkill3r's page and trying that? I don't know how compatible cheats are with wood, because I don't cheat, but I can say that the firmware itself works.

    I'm trying to update my brother's card but I can't tell which files to download. The card he has looks exactly like the third image on the first post.
