YES YES YES IT WORKS... i am so happy, just one question, can the ds start up the chip with menu DSTT instead of
with the menu from R4i, then go to, games, then to TTMenu DS??

no, it needs to boot your cards firmware first, but you can change the name of ysmenu.nds or ttmenu.nds to default.nds, that way it starts automatically, without the need of you choosing it on the filebrowser

Ok i have an R4 Ultra, I already downloaded Ysmenu fo r4 ultra in the first post, then 22932 - TTMENU v6.40, renamed TTMENU.DAT to TTMENU.NDS, turn on my ds, load everything good, but golden sun show me a black screen, help please

I will be buying a SuperCard DSTwo soon (once I get my next paycheck), but until then I'm stuck with an r4 clone. Specifically, my clone, I belive, is from r4new.com (their firmware works on mine and it is the only r4 site I have bookmarked). I have had YSMenu and AKAIO 1.4.1 on this card for a long time now and recently decided to start playing some new games that have come out. Until today, it's been using a version of the r4 Ultra firmware that was suggested on these forums awhile back.

Since my card can use the r4 Ultra firmware, I figured my card would also be compatible with this firmware since it supports the r4 Ultra, but I am stuck on the loading screen.

Is there any complete instructions for this firmware, I've read through so many pages on this forum and the original topic and am getting so many mixed instructions. Here are the steps I've tried so far.

- Backed up my current data (just in case)
- Formatted my card using Panasonic SD Formatter
- Copied over the latest version of my card's firmware from r4new.com into the root folder
- Copied over the working copy of YSMenu I have (have not tried with the ones in this topic yet) into the root folder
- Copied over the TTMenu folder as is into the root folder
- Renamed TTMenu.DAT to TTMenu.NDS
- Copied over TTMenu.NDS to the root folder
- Started my DS
- Launched TTMenu.NDS...stuck at loading screen (with 9 boxes spinning in bottom left corner)
- Turned off and back on DS
- Launched YSMenu.NDS
- Tried launching TTMenu.NDS...invalid dldi error
- Tried lanuching any game that has worked in the past using YSMenu...invalid dldi error.

Am I doing something wrong or skipping a step? Should I try the YSMenu in the first post of this topic? Or am I just screwed until I get a new card?

yet another question,

M3i Zero card, i have placed the TTMENU and the TTMENU.nds on the chip, but it isnt seen.
then i have tried to put it in the NDS folder, but again it isnt seen by the DS.

What am i doing wrong??

there are 3 maps on the stick:

NDS
SYSTEM
F_core.dat

I can see the DSTT menu, if i click on it, it says:

DLDI compatible and gets stuck on the loading screen

Actually, is not working for "R4 SDHC" i guess..

A lot of people tryed to install and gets the same error (error 4) (the error happens when trying to load game..)

try formatting the sd card before adding all firmwares and that (backup before).

Re-place infolib.dat/extinfo.dat + Either r4patch.dat for r4 users - are ttpatch.dat for dstt users - into the ttmenu folder

If r4 ulta work's with ysmenu ?, Then replace retro r4patch.dat into the TTMenu folder

I have an R4 original, That did work for me + infolib.dat and extinfo.dat Re-Place from v6.40 as thease are the main update's

r4patch.dat from v6.40

u mean take stuff from ttemenu and put it in root of folder? doesnt work

Do you mean white screens for games loading ? - are just not booting as is from start ?

EDIT: TTMenu folder has to be in the root anyway - with the content inside - do not extract any content

Im sure them renameing TTMENU.dat will not work on r4's you might need a custom _DS_MENU.dat boot loader designd for R4 cards as dstt

are mabe with your original firmware YSMenu.nds boot loader

Because your's is a r4 card and not a dstt

Hear are two boot loaders to try - _DS_MENU.dat is main loader and YSMenu.nds can be booted from your original firmware - either go into the root

Two-bootloaders-_DS_MENU.dat+YSMenu.nds

when i turn on ttmenu.nds on ysmenu go to a white screen with little squares like loading in the bottom screen on R4 ultra

dont load ttmenu. just copy the extinfo, savlib, and infolib dats from the v6.40 ttmenu folder, and copy them to where these dats are located to your cart (the bad thing is that ttmenu doesnt work on r4 ultra, so no golden sun for you)
