TTMenu/YSMenu For TTDS(i)/R4(i) SDHC/R4(i) Clones/M3(i)/DSONE(i)

    all games load to white screen

    I have a DSTT card that was working perfectly fine
    I was updating to latest firmware (oops meant kernel) to get some newer games working and ever since all games load to white screen
    using a sandisk 8gb microsd.. used panasonic SDFormatter v2.0 to format with Full (Erase ON) and Format Size Adjustment ON

    I then copied over TTMENU 6.73 and created my Games folder, only placing one older game in it to ensure it would work
    (just used zookeeper for now) it still loads to a white screen. Everything else in TTMENU works fine, i can set cheats in the settings, adjust brightness, changed the theme, etc.. all works until loading any ROM. these all worked flawlessly before

    any clues what I need to do?

    also, i went ahead and loaded the DATs updated to ROM 5956 and still no changes
    also loaded the Stall on loading fix as well

    funny thing is now i go back to the previous files that were on the SD card (kernel, etc) and still all games load to white screen??

    Strange issue you are having, Have you try-ed a basic windows format your microSD chip in FAT32 ?.

    ill give that a shot right now and let you know
    yes it is frustrating as hell :) never had any problems at all before other than newer games, etc
    and some games freezing

    You meen freezing on loading like 75% loaded...

    no, there were a couple games one of my kids said would freeze in middle of playing it
    he has since been moved to an Acekard and has zero issues
    i have this one DSTT still, and for majority of all games was never an issue, until now
    tried formatting with Winblows as FAT32, still same issue
    goes to white screen when launching the game
    this was on 2 different SD cards btw, first i was using an off brand 32gb card, but using this 2gb Sandisk now hoping it was
    just a card issue

    If just a normal DSTT card , I should say maybe try not to use a big capabillty microSD chip like 32GB, Maybe more 2GB - 8GB, But i'm not sure if DSTT supported SDHC microSD chips are not...

    So to be sure just a non SDHC, 2GB microSD chip.

    You even try-ed going back to your original firmware ?

    that is what im using now, initially it was the 32gb card, but have since moved to a standard microSD 2gb card (Sandisk)
    and yes went back to the orig firmware and still having the issue
    d/l 1.18 from DSTT site still flaking on me so i am totally confused

    The only thing i could do is to download your firmware from its site ?, and custom it and re-upload it and see if this works or not.

    this plus recopying over my roms corrected the issue
    went ahead and loaded the stall on loading fix along with the new kernel, all working great

    That game was fixed by RGF long ago, credit him :)
