TTDS UPDATE

some of us run dsi with ver. 1.3E, some ver 1.3U , is this same for upload 1.4 with this TTi 1.4 ?

 

This TTi fix is for using a DSTTi with DSi firmware 1.4

You can update your DSTTi and then when you update to 1.4, your card will not be blocked. But if you update to 1.4 before updating your DSTTi, then you won't be able to use your DSTTi with the DSi anymore. You will have to find a 1.3 or under DSi or a DSLite/Phat to update your card with.

 

My dsi run with 1.3E , when I by it I update on 1.3E and it works.

If I understend You it means if my dsi runs with 1.3E I can update 1.4 with ttiupgrade .
What I need to do with this 3 rom pcb1, rompcb2, and TTi upgrade1.4nds

 

From what I've read:

Backup all the games on your MicroSD (just incase).
Put the three files (rom pcb1, rom pcb2, and the TTiupgrade14.nds) on your MicroSD.
Run the TTiUpgrade.
Once finished, your TTDSi is upgraded.

Users in the GBATemp thread said they had to format their MicroSD and put a fresh install of the 1.17 firmware on after this step. So this is why you backed up your MicroSD beforehand.

Make sure your TTDSi still works (turn it on and run it in your 1.3 DSi)
This should make the DSi think you have a game called "Lethal Alliance" in your system, and not the TTDSi card.
If it's working correctly, then you can udpate to 1.4 Firmware on your DSi.

haha no problem i've been trying to search for a way to make it work since like august =P haha cause i was stupid and didnt check romulation before i updated =P
