aww.... i thought he'd adventually do the story ah well...

 

He got sick of translating the story. This is probably the last ever patch he's doing.

 

is there an eta on when the text for entering in what your characters name will be? I can't quite figure out the chinese or japanese text on the keyboard when it comes to making your players name. I hope it will be soon.

 

You know instead of competeing why not work together to get this done faster idk why translators dont think this way colaberating is much better than having multiple versions of the same game patched

 

Just switch to the American letters, they have that even without the patch...

I have dealt with being able to just barely read the Japanese language.
And I have defeated Red, like I have said before.
I dealt with being illiterate for less than a week, I used an old Crystal guide to help me out.
That was my only support.
I never complained about it, and I still beat the game.
So please, can you all stop bugging him to continue!

 

Geez calm down i wasn't asking for dialog he's got that translated already from the looks of it i'm just asking for a simple english letter keyboard to enter in my damn player name is that so hard of a thing to ask? All i was asking for was an eta on an english keyboard to enter in a simple player name nothing more. since he's got the rest of the game more or less 100 percent translated. I wasn't asking for anything impossible just an eta on an english keyboard with english letters to type in the player name while playing pokemon hg or its counterpart.

i dont like magnius's patch. it has english dialog but everything else is japanese

 

can i just ask one thing
is the pre patched katakana version(anti piracy and english) the same as patching a clean SS rom with the given anti-piracy and english patchers yourself?

 

Katakana is Japanese.

If it's prepatched, all you have to do is download it.

No patching needed.

 

anti privacy stops the freezing right?

 

You mean anti piracy?? Yes.... Thats what it does....

 

Damn it, every time I play it, it just freezes after the character shrinks, it goes to a black screen and it stays there. ):

I used the AR code from the first page, and it is working fine. But how do I save?

I'm using the PC btw, so it has that 512 ds option, can I save the game? Or is it not possible?
