Whats the difference in the content of a cup of coffee and a cup of tea?

I dont drink coffee, black, i always put at least sugar, and maybe cream if its available. maybe if you drink it black, it gives hallucinations and sugar/cream make it least potent for hallucination effect.

If tea is the case, i drink it like water and it has no effect except for good digestion.

I only drink my coffee black and got no hallucinations so far.
(And I mean 'black' in a way you could almost use it as jelly.)

I only noticed it can make you dizzy, if you drink too much.
