Emulation provides other features some people may want such as cheats or save states.
And all I said was that you implied that it was only for the DSi by saying that it's for the DSi as opposed to any DS. Also, in terms of meaning, the name is DS iPlayer rather than DSi Player.
The existence of a GBA emulator that works on any DS doesn't sound like a very firm reason to get a DSi.

Now, if you're done getting all defensive over my attempt to clarify things, this thread has gotten dangerously off-topic.

The EZV provides cheat and save states, iirc. And it's one word, DSiPlayer, or at least it used to be. I'm not getting defensive, either. As for "The existence of a GBA emulator that works on any DS doesn't sound like a very firm reason to get a DSi", you're right. But it DOES get rid of one of the worst, and most common reason people don't buy one. What is that? "Bawwww, it's got no GBA slot so it sucks. Baaawwww". People did the same thing over the original DS with GBC games.

The EZV is a slot-1 flashcart; you're referring to the EZFlash 3in1, which is a slot-2 expansion cart that does not allow for cheats or save states. As for "DSiPlayer", I said it was closer to DS iPlayer in terms of meaning.
