No, chávez, correa and Evo have made all the efforts to float their countries compaed to colombia, that still refuses to prosecute Uribe (a well known murdered and drug lord) still is dealing with the FARC, or say go to other countries where the president tried to privatize education, it wasnt met with good results, compare to venezuela where the right wing has insulted and stolen and one even confessed publically his crimes and the US gave him political assylum, and guess what, chávez merly mocks them and leaves them be.
