i would prefer mace to being tased ive gotten shocked by a 900,000 volt taser not exactly a pretty feelingbut yeah pepper spay would have been more effective

 

It is 50'000 and pepper spray does not work well on agitated people...it tend to make them more pissed off.

 

The woman was backing away in the video I watched....

It's hard to judge without audio...but surely there was a better way to handle this situation...
The cop was a big woman...
Maybe a good old fashioned ass-whooping would have been better than electricution...

 

when you mace someone, doesn't the scent also effect those around. the effect may not be strong, but there is a linger of the chemical.
