    Yeah, couldn't make it more thinner or else it would have looked weird, very simple, just added the logo, and added a scanline and shine.

    I normally use Gimp or Paint.net of course, if I'm feeling a bit on the lazy side, I use www.ubdesigner.com/.

    photo shop. if you use a tutorial you can learn it in 1 minute and oce you know how you can make them even quicker

    lol thanks.. wow thats interesting.. I thought there was a special program to make userbars, and those transparent lines going across them making them look cool... PS, GIMP, Paint.net.. They all can make everything possible.
