Yeah, I used Photoshop for the test in the SOTC sign, I could have used outer glow to make it a little smoother, but it just didn't look right with the render and background.

to make it blend better when doing the glow go to select the colour of it then intsed of picking a colour put your mouse over the render to select it as the colour of the glowthen it will blend nice, hope that made sence

No, its not that bad dude, if you were able to make the character "pop out" more, meaning like the Goku that CloudBoy made for me, kind of making him stick out of the sig;s background, it would look pretty awesome. Still, well done.

Trust me, I can't even make my own userbar.
I only made one sig, and it looks like crap, because I use MS Paint.
I am a noob.

no its a photo viewing program not realy that much of an editing program, you can't do stuff like sigs and that on it only simple editing and i already am compitant with cs3 so don't need it and the online functionality i just use picasa as its good and been out for ages ps express is a copy cat

to anandjones for the "pop-out" effect , you get the render , then you make it so you can see like , theyre body , and theyre head is at the top/ w/e , then you find the background and you cut off 1/3 off the top , then theyre neck and head-ish area should not have a background , then youcve got a popout

^ Yeah, you should have the background for your sign finished before you even place your render on it (150x 450x). Copy that background and start a new file (usually 300x 450x). Paste your background that you copied and delete the existing white background that the new file created. NOW you place your render on top of the background, add effects and such, and save it as a .PNG file. That's about it Still confusing I guess
