Yeah, I liked how that white stuff came off luigi's arms, like he's going really fast.

Try playing with depth by bluring the things on the background a bit

Nice work, Blade. That's really good.
What do you guys think of this A5 poster I made?
It's for an Anime Club at my school.

    Ha, you're pretty good!
What did you use for the background of the Mario one?
And you gotta start using some variety, lol.
It's all "render on the left, background in the back, name on the right."
    Still good, though.

I think your going good DQ. Try and use some more brushes and layer effects. In the bottom right corner you are able to set layer transparency and layer type.
What program did you used to use?

How do you blur a brush?

    Re: The Signature Thread

Dunno if you can blur a brush. Have a look in the brush options. To the right of the screen down the side of the navigator window there will be some icons. Click the brushes one, it's above the stamp. That might have it or have some other way of doing it.

Hm. Something about the way that just finishes off...
    I don't really like it :/
But that's probably because I'm Obsessive Compulsive, so yeah.

    Re: The Signature Thread

I think there's to many renders. The text is nice where it is and it goes with the sig but all three of the heads and the finger's outer glow are sorta "broken" with the border or that effect you've applied.
A trick is to make a new layer then go to Image -> Apply Image (with the new layer selected,) then press ok. Now you can apply the border to the background then paste the renders on and put effects on them without merging the borders and outer glows.
Another thing is when you've applied a lot of Layer Effects onto a layer you can make a new layer above it and drag the new layer below the layer. Now select the layer and click merge down. The long list of effects will be gone but they will still be applied to the layer.

    Re: The Signature Thread

Oh I just used a normal background and I used some effects in PS to make it look like the blocky type :D
Don't worry, no offense taken ;)
Oh alright, thanks for the advice man... I'll start doing that :D
