its pretty good style and skillwise, though I dont know why you would choose horrible metallica. Personally metalica died after the black album, any album (if you can call them that) after the black album doesnt exsist to me, metallica sold out big time, they really should have stopped. /end of metallica rant.

there is also some strange lighting around the chest area on his jacket, kinda fuzzy smokey like.

Yeah I over did the blur and burn tool, I made his chest area lighter since it was too dark. Although at least you said it was good

The render bleeds in with the background quite a bit, in my opinion. Both the render and the background and highly contrasting in the same spectrum of color . The text is more disruptive where it's placed than anything. I'd definitely work with it a bit, it has potential to look beautiful.

Profile ----> Look & Layout preferences ----> Remove the check from "Don't show other user's signatures"

I did this signature for a friend of mine...yes again it's Ragnarok Online related....lol...


This was the first one, he didn't like the way the headgears were, so he asked me to do another one...



This is the second one, I do like this one much better than the first one...

I agree that the 2nd one is better because the white stood out in the background to much on the 1st one. Also great job. Did you make the backgrounds yourself?

i'm sorry but everyone is being all to nice, and we know that no one gets anywhere with nice comments all the time.

they are good, i like the brush work but the charictors do not blend with the background. the lines are a bit harsh and it looks like you spent all that time with the background and then just slapped a picture in at the end, maybe try giving it an outer glow.

i'm not a fan, the gradient on the text makes it hard to read and the colour of the background really does not suit the render, and i'm guessing you've erased part of it so you get that haze but its a bit hard on the eyes. i'd suggest leaving the render so it stands out a bit more and or have a darker background.

sorry if anyone is upset at what I've said but every now and again this thread becomes wishy washy with all the pats on backs and no one progresses because the criticism is to nice and no one wants to point out bad points
