Try adding a boarder all the way around it and don't cut off any of the font next time.

Hmm.. That looks kinda good, but those Characters look strange, maybe you should make them bigger and just cut the lower half of it of

thats odd why are you going so easy on him i've been slated for something barely visable (guess its cause i should know better)

i don't want to be the one to say anything bad ether so i'm not going to but you need to look at some tuts

They look a bit stretched, next time hold shift while your resizing and it'll keep the aspect ratio.
