    No lol, you can download a trial which lasts 30days, thats about it, after that you'll need to buy it or....

    The fact that skill and technique is more important than the actual content of the sig.

    well that your opinion, as my opinion is content/skill. i've made and i can make complicated ones but i don't like them so i don't make them any more also the fact that i can't be botherd after i've done the render as i do all my own renders.

    Photoshop is a hefty price of nearly $900-1000, not sure about Extended, imagine the price of CS4 :eek:

    meh, get Paint.net. its almost as good as photoshop in my opinion, and is getting better all the time. Plus, its 100% free and 100% legit :D

    I'm sorry but Paint.net is nowhere near as intricate as PhotoShop. If you would like free alternative most Graphics Artists tend to suggest GIMP. I have never heard of a good graphic artist that uses Paint.net, have you Almo?

    I torrented mine, twice for 2 different computers. Plus my school is giving me a laptop with the photoshop cd and other things

    Photoshop is industry standard, like ive said before, if you wish to use it all through life then jump into PS, if all you want to do is make an average sig then GIMP or paint.net will do fine.

    Well I'll use GIMP, and wait 'till university Loony :p lol
    but GIMP is actually easy to use, so when im really an expert at it, i'll take a crack at PS

    Actually a lot of people complain about the bad GUI of GIMP. Freeware options of Photoshop would be a bad idea.

    Why not use Paint.Net? It's nearly the same as PS and you can download plugins for it to make it more like PS.

    I have a quick question. How do you get to have the character over the edge of the signature box? For example: look at romz_mark's sig, like how spyro is over into the white area

    you need the background transparent and you need to save it as a gif or png (i think)

    About the Photoshop, ha I used to have it...no idea what happened to it though.

    Anyway can I request a signature....
