    False. You can catch MissingNo. at any level. Once it gains a bit of exp., even 1, it will evolve in Kangaskhan.

    How does Loony know what MissingNo is? ::)

    Anyways. MissingNo looks like a broken ghost type pokemon. Like the ones you encounter before you get the Silph Scope.

    ^actually, just read that. There are many types of MissingNo, and it appears I've only encountered one version.

    Every time I level up a Missingno it evolves into a Rhydon.
