no... its pre-evolution has Splash, Charm, Encore, Counter, Mirror Coat, Safeguard, and Destiny Bond, the latter 4 being Wobbufett's only moves. in other words none of them can directly deal damage, only way is to suicide with Struggle (remember reading that to prevent deadlocks Struggle now deals 1/4 max HP damage back to the user)

ian13456 .How bout we battle in Pokemon Platinum too?Train till 13 June.The rule are just like this but you can import the starter pokemon only.which mean.Play it clean with the pokemon you got then if you want to put piplup or turtwig or chimchar in your team It's okay.
