The Floppy is dead, and about time.

    The good old floppy disks...though I never used them.

    My dad used them for game storage...

    I think I'm gonna buy a pack when I may, to install Windows 95 on VMWare Workstation.

    It seems apple have started to kill a new target, like firewire. This time? Flash
    I doubt weather this will happen but its very possible.

    Well, actually it is not "FULLY" dead. Why? Because, the SAVE BUTTON for programs is still a god damn FLOPPY DISK! It's on the button for some time now and it is still on it! But I guess that soon enough, they will fix that and put something else on that save button.

    MS-DOS programs?

    Also MS-DOS needs to be ran from a floppy disk (official IBM one).

    only in computers that dont have hard disks.

    Hm. As far as I know about MS-DOS it needs to run from a floppy disk...or was it only installation..?

    Maybe you are right.
