It depends. It also took a long time before they cracked ps3, didn't they? And Pokemon HGSS's shown us that Nintendo, while doomed to be eventually squished by hackers, will never stop screaming all the way down.
Lol... You can buy flashcards in china pretty easily. Bought an r4 there in Mong Kok (Hong Kong) with my ds lite. Never new lightake sold flashcards, looks like nintendo is really trying to get rid of piracy. They're taking down the most known ones for sure shoptemp is know by alot of people.
Temporary works too. The couple of weeks HGSS hadn't been pirated, a whole bunch were screaming about buying the thing for real because it's 'taking too long'. At least Nintendo makes an effort to show they're more srzbznz yo.

Did you know that a lot of people do this to earn money? Yes, they have a job from doing this. Some do it just to be nice and have fun, too. Back on to topic: Don't most big flashcart makers have their own websites to sell their stuff?
