    My personal picks on the best Final Fantasy are anything prior to Final Fantasy 7. This includes Famicom/Super Famicom Only releases like Final Fantasy 2, 3 and 5 that were ported to the US on Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS. However, if Four Heroes Of Light is as good as the classics, I will add it to the list.

    FFVersusXIII seems to be better than FFXIII

    (it doesn't take much)

    ...

    if is true that battle sistem will be similar to KH2 one
    I think I will really like this game

    Graphics should done last on an rpg. Why restrict the gaming world because the graphics take up all the space on the disc?
    Get the game done right first then see how good you can make the graphics afterwards, cutting out 80 squillion hours of cutscenes and adding content in its place just seems logical to me.

    A game being linear does not make it bad.

    Also Vivi IS a protagonist

    Only because the mindless masses think graphics makes a game.

    Agreed, too many graphic whores today.
    Eventually someone will have the balls to put gameplay above all else and will make the greatest game ever.
    Final fantasy is not a FPS where graphics are important, its all about story, exploration, good characters, sidequests etc
    People still consider FF6, chronotrigger, and other old games the best rpg's ever and the graphics suck next to modern games.

    My roman numerials fail me.
    All I know is that VII was 7 and X was 10.
    Loved em both. Never finished 12, 8 or 9
