Oh i have friends with similar problems and it even happens when running paper mario, and super mario 64, but mario kart 64 no problems but i don't want to be stuck playing one simple boring game with no achievements and nothing to unlock or anything like that all day.

what are your laptop specs. because it doesnt matter if it is a laptop or not. I play games on my laptop, i play borderlands, left 4 dead 2, dead space. So it would be nice to know your computer specs to know which games we can tell you

 

You CAN play games with good graphics with the laptop. Nowadays, laptops are almost as good as PCs. So yea, you gotta be more specific like the guy above said before you click on Caps.

ratchet and clank on ps.two has a coop story but dont bother getting it cause it gets boring. and it has good multiplayer if im remembering the same one...

 

I'm actually sure there are a lot of ratchet and clank games for the ps2.

I played the whole first mission, but quit because I didn't like it anymore,

if you have something that ISN'T intel integrated graphics then that is normal. My brother has an even worse laptop than I do but since his graphics card is ATI, he plays bioshock all the time. I have laptop speed far better than my brother's but since I have intel integrated graphics, I can't even run quake 4 or doom 3 without going less than 15 FPS. it's not about your processor or your ram. it's the graphics card. my friend has intel i7 and 4 gig of ram but still has an intel graphics card. means he can RUN assassin's creed but it is severely unplayable due to extreme lag.

I chose to buy this laptop because I thought "hey that has some seriously fast processing speed and a great amount of ram that I shouldn't care about the graphics card because with this speed, it should run any game with a bad graphics card." but I thought wrong. I thought wrong

True that.. Your processor and RAM both do contribute, but your Graphics Card contributes the most.
You should consider getting a desktop because nowadays, PC hardware gets obsolete pretty fast and with a desktop,
you just need to change the Graphics Card and RAM and you should be good to go.
Not long ago was the Nvidia GeForce GTX295 one of the top few high-end cards.
Now, its a budget card. But don't get me wrong, running a GTX295 in SLi mode, things would be different..

 

my dad has never bought me a single console. my brother gave me a PSP because he bought a PSP slim and thought to just give the fat to me (he lives in america so he just shipped it here). the PS2 well I used to live in my uncles house here in the philippines but then he sold his house and gave me his PS2. as for my DSi, my dad traded my normal DS for a DSi so that I would stop bugging him. I don't have an allownace so I can't buy these stuff. and I already have enough gift money to buy a lot of new games but my mom or dad won't let me because they say to "be wise with your money and don't spend it on something you don't need" which is why I don't have an allowance because they know I'm just going to spend it on games which is why I have no choice but to torrent. aw god I never knew the life of being a gamer would be this hard.
