I have graphs showing all the frequencies I can and can't hear, so I actually have more information than you do.

as of 13th june this year:

    right ear:

    250hz: 65dB
    500hz: 70dB
    1Khz: 90dB
    2Khz: 90dB
    4Khz: 85dB
    6Khz: 85dB
    8Khz: NR

    left ear:

    250hz: NR
    500hz: NR
    1Khz: NR
    2Khz: 120dB
    4Khz: 115dB
    6Khz: NR
    8Khz: NR

dB values are the quietest volume I can hear at that frequency. For comparison, normal speech is 65-70dB and a rock concert is 120dB. 130dB is the pain threshold. NR means no response, i.e dead. It's a logarithmic scale so an increase of 3dB is actually double the volume. EDIT: these figures are all unaided, i.e without a hearing aid.

As of the 28th June, my left would test as NR on all frequencies because I effectively no longer have an ear.

I have a progressive hearing loss, no-one knows why or what caused it. The ossicles (also known as hammer, anvil and stirrup) were surgically removed from my left ear when I was 9 because they were infected, and last month the eardrum was removed and my ear canal was blocked up. I have a cochlear implant on that side now, but it doesn't work yet.
