I'm honestly on Team: Who Give A F***! But honestly my biggest issue with twilight is the fact that people have become obsessed with the characters portrayed in the film (since no one was this obsessed about the book alone) and now dedicate their lives to these characters. Hell there are clothing stores with things like "I (heart) Edward" and crap like that written on them now. It's just sickening.

Combined with the fact that any vampire that goes against almost all the rules of a traditional vampire REALLY shouldn't be called a vampire at all.. It just makes me sick.

Anyway that's my rant

I read the Twilight books back when they were released, and quite enjoyed them. However, I am now sick at the mention of the name due to the pathetic followers who seem to not understand that the book is merely fictional and 'Edward Cullen' or any other depiction of the Perfect Man does not exist.
I'm not taking a dig at guys, but no-one is perfect (girls are just as bad, trust me) so these 14 year olds who dream of one-day meeting a guy like Edward Cullen is never going to happen.
And it's bad for the guys too, because girls expectations are so high that no man could ever live up to them!
