Long John Silvers sounds like an awesome place for tacos. Keep in mind, neither Taco Bell or Del taco sells "mariscos", or FISH in their tacos. This seems like a good change.

As for Spanish being a language in the US, if you come on over to the west coast...you will learn that there is a huge percentage of Americans who have taken Spanish classes, or that are truly bilingual.
