Since we want an AP patch for this game, lets type "Patch" and see what comes out.

 

A gba temp user has solved the problem!
He did not make a proper patch, rather, he just uploaded a ds_menu.dat file that solves every issue with the game for R4 users.

Using Maxwell's Notebook (really fun item) summoned a Crying Caulk Gun. I then made a Funny Caulk Gun and it cheered him up. =D
