    crazytuna,
    have you beat this game?

Yes I did my good friend, and it was worth it (but not the test I failed because of this game T_T)

I really don't know if I should give this another go... I got as far as the first battle and lost interest almost instantly. It felt too button-mashy, which isn't what I expect from an RPG (I literally just randomly pushed a few buttons and pulled off these massive combos that I still have no idea how I did or anything about them). :-\

no this game doesn't have button mashing at all, it's more about timing, but if you like RPGs, you should give this game a try, but if you don't like it, you're missing one of those rare hidden gems of gaming history, but that's your choice

    meganova Well-Known Member

    yeah.
with the support move as well..

hmmm that would take alot of time to write all the list(even though there's only five move per character :D), so I'm just going to name the characters
Haken, Kos-Mos, Reiji and Xiaomu (not the best one out there, but the best one for me) and support Gespent, Kaguya, Suzuka and Aschen

What if Suzuka the 1st four?
She has more hit than Xiaomu..I think..

I'm using Xiaomu cause she's quick I think... well at least she always gets the first hit on the the enemies

Same lineup that i use. I use Haken and Reiji as damage dealers, Kiaomu breaks sheilds nicely with her pistol combo, which is first in her list (twice later in game) And Kos-Mos works well as a healer and her combos can do decent damage. I often use her to build the frontier gauge so Haken or Reiji can use a super to finish battles. I like the 1.3 exp boost. (1.8 with skill) I particularly like how you can heal, use items, and attack each turn. Other games make you choose.

Do you guys think that this game is worth the money to buy? I just finished it and I don't think there is any replay value. It would be appealing if the characters clothes will change when you get there exclusive equipment or explore a bonus dungeon in the new game plus.

oh Rysio, you repeat your moves?
when I get a new move, I just put it there, since the 5 of them combined gives a perfect 100
