Suggestions on brand of DVD R

Damn I clean forgot I was going to post back about my Sony DVDs I used all 30 and didn't coaster any of them. so I guess my burner is just being picky, but I believe I actually got a bad batch of Memorex I gave 10 to a friend and I think he got 2 that came out good but the ones he had of the same brand all worked , so in turn he gave me some of his and I've only tired one and it worked.

 

Yeah, Sony is pretty decent...
But I only use their CD's because my PC doesn't have a DVD drive, just CD-R/W
