javascript is not the same as java, and javascript would be a relatively minor addition that only makes the site easier to use.
Java is a programming language, Javascript is a scripting language, and HTML is a markup language. Three very different entities. A programming language is for writing standalone programs; Javascript does not fit this because it can only be interpreted by a web browser and has extremely limited capabilities compared to a programming language. HTML does not qualify as a programming language either, because essentially all it can do is format text.
