And this is from a girl, keep that in mind. I used to live in NY and i played no rules streetball all the time...b-ball. It's played in a court but sometimes, the court isn't really safe. sometimes there's glass on the floor from beer bottles and old cig butts. walking doesn't matter and neither does double dribbles. You cant step out of bounds unless they call no rules. if they call no rules, you can trip people, punch people, and even bash them into the post. I've seen lots of blood spill from no rules basketball. Most times it's played half court and sometimes it's played full court. I had a lot of guy friends when i was younger and we played ball until i started developing. I also used to play tackle football in the snow. That was fun, if there was a lot of snow.
