Speed

    I am only averaging 1-2 mbs on any download. I have a Spectrum 1gig connection. Have I set up something wrong?

    likely not. There are many factors that affect download speed, most of which are beyond your or our control. 1-2MB/s (I'm assuming you mean MB/s because thats what download speed is measured in, mb/s is something different) is a pretty good download speed.

    distance, number of hops in the route, capacity of each of the intermediate circuits, load of each of the intermediate circuits, load on intermediate routers, capacity of intermediate routers, potential traffic management along the route to name a few
