Australia and apparently it's hottest at 1pm - 3pm.

 

Ouch. I hear ya, I live in the northeastern part of Brazil and it's awfully hot here as well. I wouldn't *dare* to set foot outside during that time. Doesn't help that it's summer, either.

 

Let's talk about something else.

but with a fence blocking wind flow, and sunlight on my legs...head is fine as it's out of the light...

 

I can't even do tha, it's 2 am . I'm melting while regretting not fixing my fan earlier when I had the chance.
