Where you want. Make a new folder, call it however you want, throw packages here, click "Unpack here", and it's done. Then, click on the disc icon, insert a cd, and burn it. It's best to burn games at x8 speed, but it doesn't really matter in this case.

Okay, so let me get this straight:

I put the three RARs in a folder
I unpack them,
Get a CD
Burn it
I'm done?

But when I unpack it WinRAR says that I should have the part two so the extraction could continue, I clicked yes, but it didn't include part three.

Huhh... try pressing "file order -> segregate files alphabetically" and try again. If it won't work, you'll have to download part 2 again, I guess...
