The only programs worth mentioning are Fraps and Bandicam. Also no.

 

Eh, fair enough. The only other console I have worthy to screen cap some gameplay is the PS3 and even then I'm too poor to get a capture card

 

Considering I only record MUGEN gameplay, it doesn't bother me that much.

 

I use Camtasia, very easy and good quality.
