lol sorry, no ideas. i can't think of any good repair store chains. do you have a local music store? you could call/stop in, they probably have someone who could head out and look at it (i assume you won't be loading it onto a van any time soon). though, if you would want to try just using duct tape, i'd recommend using a pair of pliers and putting a piece in the tear, then another piece covering it, just to make it really secure.

Ya there are some good music stores around here but I don't feel like spending money on something I could do myself...although asking for some information from them might be a good idea lol.
I tried tape before (I used tuck tape not duck tape) but with disappointing results...
Now I am thinking of using a fine leather (or sheep skin if I can find some) with some wood work glue...
Right now I am just fixing some of the reeds and it is getting very frustrating because some of the reeds are in the exact same key! Oh well...Thanks lol

 

looks like you can buy special bellows cloth and specialized glue. not sure how much either cost, but it's worth looking into
