No it's a poorly justified argument of the very common mentality even amongst cannabis users for the decriminalization and legalization measures but against regulation. There are retarded as shit jokes littered throughout the video, designed for retarded as shit people, but they are distinguishable from the economic and social points that they try to make which are recycled and repeated by countless people in every second of every day and that are weak enough to topple over with a fair stream of piss. Plain and simple, it is comedic marketing to safely appeal to a wide demographic by playing inoffensive but by being coy about political stance.

You're cute when you're trying to be condescending, but you can't seriously believe that cannabis use and success preclude one another. A brief review of pivotal figures in art, politics and science in the last forever is pretty quick to dismiss those archaic notions.
