I just checked my notes for this sem and there's nothing like that formula....
Lucky tomorrow is Sunday.

 

Lo = Bottom side of the group that holds the median, for example if it's 20-24 the bottom side is 19,5 if 40-45 then 39,5
n = Total frequency
Fk = Comulative frequency of the group before the group that has the median.
fo = The frequency of the group that has the median
C = Interval of the group, example if the group is 10-15 then the C is 6
