I'll post here and PM too just in case.

Start from Median....
First, you need to find out which group that has the median. How ?
Find out the amount of data first, I'll give an example
41-45 6
45-50 4
Total amount of Data/Frequency is 10 N = 10, to find the group that hold the median do this.
N/2, the result will be 5.
I hope you know about Comulative Frequencies though.

Groups Comulative Frequency
41-45 6
45-50 10

Since the result above is 5 means the group that have the median is the one on the 5th frequency, that is somewhere in the 41-45 group.

You get it so far ?
