    First thing you should probably get is the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.
    It fixes over 2000 bugs, so it's worth getting.

    After that, you should just browse and see what interests you. I personally like DarNified UI, which makes the menus look a little less obtrusive and Unnecessary Violence, which completely overhauls the combat system, but it's up to you what you get.

    I kinda like some of the bugs, but if they get annoying I'll use that.
    But mainly the mods I'm looking for is mods that add new areas and monsters.
